Loud, proud, and born in the pubs of Sydney Australia, Avalanche are the husband-and-wife led hard rock powerhouse giving Aussie pub rock a bloody good kick up the backside. With amps cranked and beer in hand, hailing from humble beginnings rehearsing in a steel factory to touring ‘round the world, Avalanche are the new face of Aussie pub rock.
Led by Australia's hottest rock n’ roll power couple Steven & Veronica Campbell; met and married on the mean streets of Western Sydney and often described as ‘giving audiences a peek into their bedroom’ as part of their on stage antics. Together with air-tight rhythm section Blake Poulton & Bon Lowe – this is a band raised on their dad’s record collections – fearlessly carving out a new generation of Australian rock and attracting massive attention on a global scale.
Avalanche have just sent shockwaves through Europe and the UK, winning over audiences night after night while supporting Australian rock legends Airbourne, and launching their debut album 'Armed To The Teeth' to widespread acclaim. What began as a support slot quickly turned into a breakout moment, with both the tour and release earning rave reviews from major publications including Metal Hammer, Classic Rock, Rock Hard, My Rock, Rocksound, Paranoyd Magazine and more. He's a mane of red hair on legs & a sheer force of nature - playing every note like it's his last - with vocals strong enough to strip paint off the walls. She's a tall, dark & aggressively powerful lead guitarist bound by neither space nor convention - always playing her blistering solos out in the crowd, on the bar, in the dunny's... and wherever else they may take her.
